TERMS OF DELIVERY

Availability

Orders are subject to a minimum purchase. The products will be shipped to your home within five working days after receipt of your order confirmation, when available at stock (see also the Service-page).

Terms of Delivery

Prices, discounts, delivery time:
  1. Products are invoiced at prices (including VAT) obtaining on the date of delivery.
  2. For all orders we charge Euro 10,- mailing costs.
    Orders with a total amount less then Euro 25,- cannot be accepted.
  3. We do our best to deliver from stock. The delivery times of products not in stock can only be indicated approximately.

Ownership reservation:

  1. Until complete fulfilment of our claims - including interest and other costs - the delivered products remain our property.
  2. Until payment is completed the buyer is not entitled to sell the products to a third party.

Refunds, liability:

  1. Refunds should be claimed in writing within 30 days. If the buyer has claimed on time and has returned the goods, we will ensure free redelivery or credit the buyer for the returned goods. We are never obliged to do more than this.
  2. A claim for a refund does not cancel the obligation to pay.
  3. Our liability for damage as a result of non-compliance, compliance that is not on time, or inadequate compliance will never exceed the net invoice sum of the goods in question.

Applicable law, acceptance of conditions:

  1. Only Dutch law applies to all agreements.
  2. By placing an order the buyer declares himself/herself familiar and in agreement with these conditions.
