All articles are supplied with the standard product guarantee. If breakage occurs during transport, we offer our own guarantee. Information about terms of guarantee can be found in the documentation of the product of the producer/supplier (see Producers service). Guarantee conditions of producer/supplier do not prejudice the legal rights of the consumer. |

The consumer (products are for personal use only) has a cooling-off period of 7 days after receiving the product. During this period the consumer can cancel the sale agreement and return the product without reason given. An important condition here is that the product is 100% saleable. This means that the product is unused, has its original packaging, and is fully stamped. VitAdvice reserves the right to credit only part of the sum if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged after receipt. The credit sum will be transferred within 14 days. |

If the product proves defective within 30 days after receipt, or the products supplied differ from those ordered, the entire purchase sum will be restituted to the consumer (products are for personal use only). The consumer can also opt for delivery of the missing product. The credit sum will be transferred within 14 days. The consumer is obliged to return the products immediately after the fault has been reported. The costs of returning the goods will be paid by VitAdvice.
If we suspect that you are responsible for the product's defect, VitAdvice is not obliged to amend the product and/or add the missing part to the product. In this case VitAdvice will return the product to you in the same state in which we received it from you. The consumer is obliged to report the defect within a reasonable term, but at the latest within 30 days after receipt of the goods. |

If you have not received a product in its proper state, or if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will need to submit a return request. For this you can send an e-mail to vitadvice@vitadvice.com. Your e-mail must in any case indicate the order number and the reason for returning the product. After approval you will receive an RM number, and you can then return the product. The RM number is valid for 14 days. The product must reach us in its original state. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged, so that it will not be damaged during transport. The RM number should be clearly visible (not e.g. with a felt-tip on the box but in an envelope on the packaging). Parcels without an RM number and/or unstamped parcels will be refused! A number of producers have their own return services and/or guarantee arrangements, for which you can contact them directly. Please read the information with your product. |
