Ingredients

Directions
Take 1-2 softgels per day with water, during a meal containing fat. Pregnant women should take 1 or 2 softgels per day, depending on diet and omega-3 status. Breastfeeding women and adults aged 50 and over should take 2 softgels per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
