How can I return products/right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from a contract relating to the purchase of a product within a cooling-off period of at least 14 days without giving any reason. VitAdvice may ask you for the reason for withdrawal, but cannot oblige you to state your reason(s).
If you have not received a product in proper condition, or if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you must submit a return request. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected]. Your email must at least include the order number and preferably the reason for the return.
After approval of your return request, you will receive a return number from us. Please clearly state this return number. Without this return number, your return cannot be processed. Please note: the product must be returned in its original (unopened) condition, new and in its original packaging.
Return costs
If the return is due to VitAdvice, you will receive a return label from us and VitAdvice will cover the transport costs. You must attach this return label to the parcel and deliver the parcel to a GLS parcel shop of your choice.
If the return is not due to VitAdvice, you will receive a return number and the transport costs must be borne by you. You are of course free to choose the carrier with which you send your return. Please note: unpaid shipments will be refused! Also ensure proper packaging so that your shipment is not damaged during transport!

Some manufacturers have their own return services and/or warranty procedures, for which you can contact them directly. Please refer to the information provided with your product.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the following items are excluded from the right of return.
- Food products, products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
- Opened and/or unsealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection (for example unsealed supplements and vitamins, opened food products and personal care products with a broken seal)
Refund
The amount to be credited will be refunded to you within 14 days. Shipping costs and/or payment costs will only be reimbursed if the return is the responsibility of VitAdvice, meaning you received an incorrect or defective item.
