Delivery/Shipping
How does delivery/shipping work?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Normally, you will receive the products within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). The shipping costs to the respective European countries are shown during checkout. Your order is delivered by GLS, and you can choose delivery to a GLS parcel shop or to an address of your choice. If no one is present at the time of delivery, you will receive a delivery notice with further instructions by e-mail and/or in your mailbox.

Which payment methods are available?
You pay securely online with your bank card, by payment card or via a digital wallet, always in a secure payment environment.
All items are supplied with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of breakage during transport, we provide a warranty ourselves. Any information regarding warranty periods can be found in the product documentation provided by the manufacturer or supplier (see Manufacturer services). The warranty conditions of the manufacturer or supplier do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
Cooling-off period
What is the cooling-off period?
The consumer (products must be intended for private use) has a cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving the product. During this period, the consumer may cancel the purchase agreement without stating a reason and return the product at their own expense. An important condition is that the product is 100% resalable. This means that the product is unused and in its original possible condition. It must be provided with the original packaging and sufficiently prepaid by the consumer. VitAdvice reserves the right to credit only part of the amount if there is suspicion that the products have already been used or have been damaged after receipt. The amount to be credited will be refunded within 14 days. Please note that it is necessary to request a return number. Returns without a return number will not be processed.
Not satisfied, money back
How does the not satisfied, money back guarantee work?
If, within 30 days after receipt, the product appears to be defective, or if the delivered products differ from what was ordered, the consumer (products must be intended for private use) will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. The consumer may also choose delivery of the missing product. The amount to be credited will be refunded within 14 days. The consumer is required to return the received products immediately after notification. The costs of return shipping are borne by VitAdvice.
If there is suspicion that the defect in the product is attributable to you, VitAdvice is not obliged to repair the defect and or add the missing part to the product. In this case, VitAdvice will return the product to you in the same condition in which we received it from you. The consumer is required to report the defect within a reasonable period, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods.
Return procedure
How can I return products?
If you have received a product that is not in proper condition, or if you wish to return a product for another reason, you must submit a return request. You can do so by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Your e-mail must at least state the order number and the reason for return.
After approval, you will receive a return number from us. Please clearly state the return number. Without this number, your return will not be processed. Please note: the product must be returned in original sealed new condition and packaging.
Please also ensure proper packaging so that your shipment is not damaged during transport. Unpaid shipments will be refused. Some manufacturers have their own return services and or warranty handling, for which you can contact them directly. Please consult the information provided with your product.

Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products at the most competitive prices. Therefore, as much as possible is handled online. You can submit questions and complaints to us by e-mail.
