Ingredients
FISH oil, bovine gelatin (capsule shell), gelling agent (glycerin), water, vitamin E.
Usage & Dosage
As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water. This recommended amount may also be taken all at once. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. For children aged 3 to 12, squeeze 1 capsule per day into fruit juice and drink immediately.
