Usage & Dosage

For pregnant women (last 3 months of pregnancy): dissolve 1 level small teaspoon (= +/- 1.3 grams) 3 times a day in half a glass of lukewarm water, let stand for at least 15 minutes, stir and drink, or add to fruit juice or yoghurt. Preferably take on an empty stomach or before going to sleep.
For children (from birth): dissolve 1 level small teaspoon (= +/- 1.3 grams) once a day in boiled and cooled water and let stand for 15 minutes. After dissolving, stir well, add to warm bottle feed or expressed breast milk, shake and do not let stand for longer than 5 minutes.
