Usage
4 tablets per day throughout the year for children aged 1 to 4 years.
Children aged 4 and over who have limited sun exposure or a dark skin tone: 4 tablets per day throughout the year.

The tablets can be swallowed whole, but are also easy to chew or can be mixed with food.
