Usage & Dosage

Put 1 to 30 drops in half a glass of water (120ml), let it stand for 1 minute and then drink. Start with 1 drop twice daily (30 min. before a meal) and slowly build up to 30 drops twice daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.
