Usage & Dosage

Adults: Dissolve 1 drinkable ampoule per day in a glass of water (240ml) and drink.
Shake the drinkable ampoule well before use.
Hold the drinkable ampoule with the tip pointing upwards.
Press the drinkable ampoule open with your thumb(s).
If you keep the first empty drinkable ampoule, you can use it to open the next drinkable ampoule even more easily by placing the tip into the opening of the empty drinkable ampoule and applying pressure.
