Usage & Dosage
Take 1 scoop with water or a 200 ml smoothie. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800mg per day. Not suitable for consumption in combination with other green tea products or during fasting. Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
