Usage & Dosage Remove the two plastic strips from the vaginal tablet and insert the tablet deep into the vagina. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after inserting the tablet. Do this for 30 consecutive days, once a day. The vaginal tablet becomes soft after insertion due to body temperature. It is recommended to wear a panty liner or sanitary pad during the entire period of use.
