Bulking agent: gum arabic, beta-glucans from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (15.2%), vitamin C, purple coneflower extract (12.2%), rock rose extract (12.2%), zinc bisglycinate, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glazing agent: fatty acids, L-selenomethionine, rice flour (Oryza sativa), vitamin D3, vitamin K2, emulsifier: glycerol, citrus bioflavonoids.
1 to 2 tablets per day. To be taken with food with some water or fruit juice.
