Composition per daily dose (2 capsules):

Plantago ovata	1000 mg
Liquorice root	500 mg
Angelica	500 mg
Cascara	300 mg
Frangula cortex	300 mg
Lactospore	100 mg

Ingredients
Plantago ovata semen, liquorice root, angelica archangelica radix, gelatine (capsule), rhamnus frangula, rhamnus cascara, lactospore.

Usage
2 to 6 capsules per day with plenty of water, spread throughout the day.
Preferably during a meal.
Contains liquorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
