How it works

GO Ilex aquifolium uses the principles of gemmotherapy, where extracts are obtained from the young buds of the holly plant. These buds contain a rich concentration of active plant substances. Through careful extraction with organic ethanol, water and glycerine, a liquid supplement is created that is quickly absorbed by the body and contributes to the maintenance of your daily vitality.

Holly., Excipients: Bio-ethanol, water and glycerine. Contains 36% (v/v) alcohol. Organic cultivation and production.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise advised, for adults 30 to 50 drops three times a day. Children (6-12 years) 15 to 25 drops three times a day. Children (2-6 years) 10 drops three times a day.

Preferably take the drops half an hour before or at least an hour after a meal. The drops can be taken undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water, herbal tea or fruit juice.

If no improvement in symptoms is noticed after 7 days of continuous use or if symptoms return, a doctor should be consulted.
