Usage
2 capsules per day, to be taken with a glass of water, preferably during breakfast and dinner. Do not exceed the daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet, nor for a healthy lifestyle. Intake should be limited to a few weeks/months. Do not use during pregnancy.
