Usage & Dosage

Build up from 1 drop twice daily to 30 drops twice daily. Put the drops in a glass and add approx. 100ml of spring water, let stand for 1 min. and drink, unless otherwise advised. Preferably on an empty stomach, before meals. Max. 100 drops per day.
