Usage & Dosage

Dosage advice:
Adults: 10 ml per day
Child 3-5 years: 3 ml per day

Intake of Zinargin® syrup is best before or during a meal. Preferably do not combine intake of Zinargin® syrup with bread or soy meals (or take Zinargin® syrup at least half an hour beforehand). The absorption of zinc could be hindered when taken together with phytate-containing food (such as grains and soy).

Shake well before use, so that the ingredients at the bottom of the bottle are evenly mixed into the syrup again. A slightly grainy aspect of the syrup is perfectly normal.
