Usage & Dosage

Shake before use. Unless otherwise prescribed, 15 to 20 drops in a small amount of water 3 times a day. Children aged 2 - 15 years: the same number of drops as their age. A slight cloudiness / sedimentation does not affect the quality. To support the effect, use a pinch of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) alongside the tincture.
