Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated by an expert, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add these to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.

or
You can carry the bottle with you throughout the day
For the night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on the bedside table
