Usage & Dosage

Take 1-2 capsules three times daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised. The dosage depends on the intensity of the diet and exercise programme. Preferably take whole during/after a meal.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
