How it works

Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grain varieties in the world and is known for the fact that its nutrients are stored deep within the grain. Unlike modern, highly processed wheat varieties, spelt retains its natural structure and nutritional value during the flaking process. This ensures that the essential fibre, proteins and complex carbohydrates remain intact. By including these spelt flakes in your breakfast routine, you provide your body with complex building blocks that are broken down slowly, which benefits your overall vitality throughout the day.
