Ingredients
Wholemeal and white spelt WHEAT flour* (54%), blonde cane sugar**, raising agent* (maize starch*, potassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), sea salt.

Preparation
Classic recipe:
You will need: 3 eggs, 1 yoghurt (or 1/2 glass of milk), 100 grams of melted butter (or vegetable oil).

• Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
• Place the baking mix in a bowl.
• Add the whole eggs and mix well. Then add the lightly melted fat and the yoghurt (or 1/2 glass of milk).
• Pour the batter into a greased round tin (22 cm diameter) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
• Remove the cake from the tin once it has cooled.
