Use & Dosage

Classic recipe:
You will need: 3 eggs, 1 yoghurt (or 1/2 glass of milk), 100 grams of melted butter (or vegetable oil).
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
- Put the baking mix in a bowl.
- Add the whole eggs, mix well. Then add the barely melted fat and the yoghurt (or 1/2 glass of milk).
- Pour the batter into a greased round tin (22 cm diameter) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the tin once it has cooled down.
