Usage & Dosage

For 8 brownie pieces:
Add to your preparation: 3 eggs, 150 grams of fat.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease and flour a rectangular or square baking tin (max 20 x 20 cm). Melt the fat in a large pan. Once liquid, remove the pan from the heat and add the mixture. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Add the eggs one by one - stirring well between each egg (optionally with dried fruits) and put the batter into the tin. Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Observe the brownies carefully until 2 to 3 minutes before the end of the baking time. The brownie is ready when a knife tip can be inserted into the centre of the brownie and it comes out dry. Remove from the tin when cold.
