How it works

This organic baking mix uses a balanced combination of wheat flour type 65 and corn starch to give the cake a light and airy structure. Use & Dosage

Preparation for chocolate cake:
Add to the preparation 3 eggs, 70 ml (1/2 glass) of milk or plant-based drink, 90 grams of fat.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Put the preparation in a bowl. Add the cold milk (or plant-based drink) together with the whole eggs. Mix well before adding the melted fat. Mix vigorously with a whisk or a hand mixer so that this preparation becomes frothy. Put in a pre-greased round tin (24 cm diameter) and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. The cake is ready when a knife inserted 2 cm from the edge of the cake comes out dry. However, when the knife is inserted into the centre of the cake, it should come out with chocolate residue. Remove from the tin when the cake has completely cooled down.
