Usage
For 4 people: 2 glasses of the mix (approx. 200 grams). Bring a large amount of salted water to the boil and add the mix. Simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat. Drain and serve plain, with a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter. Can be used as a warm side dish or cold in a salad.
