Ingredients:
1 egg white or 30g chickpea flour + 60ml water, 6 teaspoons oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 260ml water, 200ml (vegan) milk, 500g FREEE brown bread mix, 2 teaspoons quick yeast.

Preparation:

• Lightly oil the inside of a 1kg / 2lb loaf tin.
• Place the egg white (or chickpea flour + water), three tablespoons of oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water and milk in a bowl and whisk together well.
• Add the flour and yeast, stirring to form a thick, smooth batter.
