Usage
Soak the daikon for approximately 10 minutes before use. Briefly sauté the drained strips in oil, add the soaking water, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with shoyu, rice vinegar, mirin, and ginger (optional). Combine with other (root) vegetables.
