Natto miso (sweet miso)

Ingredients
Syrup (tapioca, potato, sweet potato and/or maize), BARLEY, water, sea salt, SOYA beans, ginger, potassium chloride, kombu, acidity regulator: lactic acid, koji ferment.

Usage
Use 1 tablespoon as a substitute for a stock cube or for 200 ml of miso soup. Use as a base for sauce, marinade, or dressing.
