Usage
Preparation: rinse the chickpeas, place them in a pan with cold water and bring to the boil for 2 minutes. Drain them (this step ensures good digestion of the chickpeas). Then cook them in a large amount of water with the lid on for 25 to 30 minutes. Optionally add herbs or kombu seaweed to the cooking water. Consume hot as a side dish or cold in a salad.
