Usage
Chop the Vivani couverture chocolate into pieces and place in a pan. Heat slowly au bain-marie until the chocolate has melted and reached a thick, liquid consistency. Do not allow the chocolate to get too hot and do not let it come into contact with water! Allow to cool and reheat briefly once more.
The couverture is now ready for use.
