Semi-whole grain rice flour*, corn flour*, light cane sugar*, millet flour*, baking powder* (potato starch*, potassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), Mix’Gom (blonde psyllium*, gum arabic*), Bourbon vanilla powder*. *from organic farming.

Usage & Dosage

Ingredients to add (6-8 people): 300 g cake preparation, 3 eggs, 130 g butter or margarine, 30 ml milk or plant-based drink.

Preparation:
1) Pour the 300 g preparation into a bowl, add all liquid ingredients and mix well until you obtain a soft and smooth dough.
2) Pour the dough into a greased cake tin and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C in a preheated oven.

Before pouring the dough into the cake tin, you can add sliced fruit.
