Semi-wholemeal rice flour*, maize flour*, light cane sugar*, millet flour*, baking powder* (potato starch*, potassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), Mix’Gom (blond psyllium*, gum arabic*), Bourbon vanilla powder*. *from organic farming.

Usage
Ingredients to add (serves 6-8):
300g cake mix, 3 eggs, 130g butter or margarine, 30ml milk or plant-based drink.

Preparation:
1) Pour the 300g mix into a bowl, add all liquid ingredients, and mix well until you have a smooth, soft batter.
2) Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.

You can add sliced fruit to the batter before pouring it into the cake tin.

Store in a cool, dry place.
