Ingredients
Organic chamomile (62%), organic lavender buds (12%), organic hop leaves (11%), organic valerian root (9%), organic lemon balm (4%).

Usage
For tea: place one bag in a cup. Add 200 ml of freshly boiled water and allow the tea to brew for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar if required.

For iced tea: Place 6 tea bags in 500 ml of freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for 3-5 minutes. Add a further 500 ml of warm water. Cool or serve with ice cubes. Add sugar as required and enjoy.
