Wheatgrass is harvested when the young plants are in their earliest growth phase. It is precisely at this specific moment that they possess a unique and concentrated composition of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. By growing the wheatgrass in the open air, the combination of natural sunlight and healthy soil stimulates the maximum absorption and build-up of active substances. This organic powder is therefore an excellent, natural source to easily enrich your daily diet and provide your body with essential building blocks.
