Ingredients: Water (distilled), burdock root (arctium lappa), sheep sorrel (rumex acetosella), slippery elm (ulmus rubra), watercress (nasturtium officinale), Turkish rhubarb (rheum palmatum), kelp (laminaria digitata), blessed thistle (cnicus benedictus), red clover (trifolium pratense).

Usage: Drink Canadian Essence a few hours before or after a meal, preferably before bedtime. Take a few minutes for it. The standard dose is 2 tablespoons per day (30 ml), preferably taken in the evening. For extra support, take 2 tablespoons (30 ml) in the morning and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) in the evening, totalling 60 ml per day. The maximum dose is 60 ml twice daily, totalling 120 ml per day. Gradually increase the dosage. For children over 4 years old, give 1 tablespoon in the morning and evening (30 ml total). For toddlers, give a maximum of 1/2 tablespoon in the morning and 1/2 tablespoon in the evening (15 ml total).
