Ingredients
BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) granules, Vitamin C, lemon flavour powder, Stevia (natural sweetener).
Usage
Take 1 scoop once daily with a glass of water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. Preferably half an hour before a meal or 2 hours after, as amino acids compete for absorption with other amino acids from food. If necessary, you can increase the dosage, for example during intensive exercise. A scoop is included.
