Use & Dosage
a. Push the Natura Ear Candle with the narrow end through the protective disc up to the black line. b. Lie on your side in a warm, quiet room. c. An adult lights the wide end and places the narrow end a maximum of 1 cm deep into the ear canal. d. Hold the candle vertically and still. e. Extinguish the candle in water as soon as the flame is 1 cm above the disc. f. Repeat for the other ear. g. Rest for 15 minutes after the treatment. For acute complaints, use for a maximum of 7 consecutive days. For maintenance, 1-2 times per month.
