Use & Dosage
Roll the earplug between your thumb and index finger into a small cylinder. With your free hand, reach over your head and pull the ear to facilitate insertion. Insert the earplug into the ear canal while twisting it as deeply as possible. Wait until the plug has expanded in the ear before entering the noisy area. Do you notice ambient noise with hearing protection on? Then you can enter the noisy area. If this is not the case, repeat steps 1-3 again. If the sound insulation is insufficient, change the type of hearing protection. After use, remove the hearing protection plugs slowly and with a slight twisting motion from the ear canal to prevent damage to the eardrum.
