How to insert the Sanohra SOUND MUSIC NOISE Earplug? Place your arm over your head and lift the ear cup on the other side of your head slightly. This will widen the ear canal. Grasp the end of the SANOHRA SOUND MUSIC NOISE Earplug with the thumb and index finger of the other hand and insert it into the ear canal with a slight twisting motion, with the slats at the front. Proceed in exactly the same way for the other ear. Lift the ear cup slightly before removing and remove the earplug with slight twisting movements.
