Usage

1. Roll the earplug with clean hands into a tight, crease-free cylinder.
2. With the other hand, reach over the head and pull the ear back to straighten the ear canal.
3. Insert the earplug into the ear canal and hold in place until it expands for a comfortable, secure fit.

Warnings
Improper use will reduce effectiveness, which may lead to hearing loss or injury.
Remove the earplug slowly with a twisting motion to prevent breakage. Rapid removal may damage the eardrum.
Keep out of reach of babies and small children. These earplugs are non-toxic but can obstruct breathing and become lodged in the windpipe, which may lead to serious injury.
