Use & Dosage

Fold the cup and insert it. The cup can remain in place for up to 12 hours, depending on the intensity of the period. Remove the cup, empty the contents into the toilet, rinse the cup thoroughly with water and reinsert it. Sterilise the cup before and after each menstrual period in boiling water.
