Use & Dosage

Brush your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes, preferably after meals. For children aged 6 years or younger, use no more toothpaste than the size of a pea. Ensure they swallow as little toothpaste as possible. Consult a (dental) doctor if your child uses fluoride in another form.
