Use & Dosage

Preferably use the foot file on dry or towel-dried skin after a foot bath. Move the file with light, even pressure over the rough parts of the foot. Start with the coarse side to reduce calluses and then use the fine side to polish the skin smooth. Rinse the file with warm water after each use and let it air dry.
