Use & Dosage

Gently file the affected nail once a week with the included files before applying the liquid. Apply the liquid twice a day with the brush to the clean, dry nail until the nail has fully grown out. Spray the inside of all shoes worn daily once a week with the shoe spray (let the shoes dry completely before wearing).
