Instructions for use:

• Cut approx. 45 cm of floss and wrap the ends around your middle fingers.
• Gently guide the floss between the teeth using a sawing motion, reaching just below the gum line.
• Move the floss gently up and down against the side of each tooth, using a fresh section of floss each time.
