Use & Dosage

Unless otherwise advised by your dentist or dental hygienist: rinse the mouth twice daily for one minute with 10 ml of mouthwash. Spit out after rinsing and do not swallow. Do not rinse with water or eat and drink immediately after rinsing so as not to influence the effect.
