Use & Dosage

Use the mouthwash preferably once a day, preferably in the evening after brushing your teeth. Rinse your mouth for 1 minute with 10 millilitres of mouthwash and then spit the liquid out. Do not swallow. After rinsing, do not eat or drink for 30 minutes to maintain the optimal effect of the fluoride.
