Use & Dosage

For a bath: Dissolve 100 to 250 grams of Dead Sea Salt in warm bath water (approx. 37 degrees Celsius). Stay in the bath for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with clean water. For a foot bath: Dissolve approximately 50 grams of salt in a tub of warm water and let the feet rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
