How it works

The strength of Elastomull cohesive lies in the weaving technique and the impregnation with micro-droplets of natural rubber latex. This creates a cohesive effect where the layers grip onto each other. This prevents venous congestion because the bandage does not need to be applied under tension to stay in place. It retains its elasticity, even with prolonged use, and is also sterilisable for maximum hygiene.

Use & Dosage

Use only on clean and dry skin. Store in a cool and dry place. For fixing dressings, especially on curved and moving body parts. To prevent venous congestion, it is preferable not to apply the bandage under tension. It is therefore easier to unroll the bandage turn by turn before fixing the dressing.
