Directions for useShampoo: Apply to wet hair. Massage gently and leave for 2-3 minutes. Repeat if necessary. Rinse with lukewarm water. Suitable for daily use.
Vitaliser: Apply to damp hair and massage gently, in the morning after showering or in the evening before bed. Do not rinse. Use 2-3 times per week as required.
